Day 1: Fundamentals / 第一天：基本功
Dribbling, passing, shooting drills. Introduction to basic soccer rules and teamwork. / 運球、傳球、射門訓練。介紹足球基本規則和團隊合作。

Advanced dribbling techniques, passing accuracy, and shooting power exercises. Small-sided games. / 進階運球技巧、傳球準確度和射門力量練習。小型比賽。
